Strange Rewritings at the RWA

THIS EVENT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED

On Monday 30 January the RWA hosted an event for students exploring the folk and fairy tale retellings of Angela Carter and two contemporary writers. After a tour of Strange Worlds: The Vision of Angela Carter exhibition, there will be live readings from Carter’s fairy tales alongside new short fiction and poetry by Zoe Gilbert and William Wootten. The event will conclude with a discussion bringing together the literary texts with the artworks on display.
